I’m writing this review as a NYer visiting GA. When I got to the restaurant there was maybe 6-10 tables occupied with guest, and a few ppl at the bar. The person who showed us to our seats asked ME to pick up the menus, that was my first eyebrow raise. After being seated, we looked through the menus and waited, 15mins passed and no one came to the table, so I asked the person who sat us to let the waitress know we were ready to place our orders. Another 10mins passed before the waitress came to us, and when she did, she was not in a good mood. She took the orders and when she was done my mom

I was truly impressed by Applebee's at Stonecrest. They have up their game first the Lemon Chicken Parmasan was amazing it was cooked to perfection I truly enjoyed it. My mom also had Snoop Dogg new cocktail with Gin it was good too.

I really don't eat at Applebee's like that but my Aunt gave me some gift cards so what the heck. My waitress Jayla was super friendly, sweet & attentive. I'm big on customer service and I really appreciate her. The food wasn't bad everything came out fresh & hot. Okay Applebee's 😀

​We had a fantastic experience thanks to Lily W! She was incredibly personable, made us feel right at home, and brought a lot of laughter to our table. She also knew the menu inside and out. When a few minor hiccups happened, she handled them with perfect transparency and a sincere apology, which we truly appreciated. We are all human, after all! I absolutely loved her service and highly recommend asking for her table.
