I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at this store. I usually pass through mid day and the guys that work in there are very polite and helpful. They keep the store in good shape and well stocked. I really don’t like the fact that they are always working in that store and the AC UNIT is out. I have witnessed this a few times. The employees still have positive attitudes but they shouldn’t have to work like that and it definitely shouldn’t be a ongoing issue.

This employee was in the back on her phone telling me the store was closed at 12:34 but the signs says use drop box for purchases yall need to hire better staff!!! If i could upload the video of this girl i would then want to take the sign off the door after i said i was reporting them to the GM lol yall pathetic nd needa close down simple DO BETTER!!!

Four frozen yogurt machines with only one working. Each machine offers two individual flavors and a twist of both. So a loss of nine flavors to choose from. It doesn't seem to phase the staff at all here. It took me time to see which machine worked. No signs no nothing to give knowledge to. The toppings seem to get more limited as well compared to other locations. This round they finally had sprinkles which haven't been here in ages. They are 24/7 but not truly at all. Reason given staff shortage they need two people working at same time to be 24/7. There's plenty of stuff needing worked on in

Store looked clean and was well stocked, but the two young ladies at the counter were very cold and not at all welcoming. No smiles (actually had the most annoyed looks on their faces), no greeting, seemed to not really want to be there. I get it, but why work in a customer facing role if you don't like people? I think I'll stick to the locations on the other side of Atlanta from now on. They actually know how to represent the company on the west and north sides of Atlanta!
