Really great service by Kate tonight (12/02 at 830pm). She was very warm and welcoming. As we were eating she came and asked us how everything was which is rare for a fast food place! She made sure to keep moving, cleaning up the lobby and the tables, which again… rare for a fast food place! Food came out pretty fast and was really good and great portion sizes! This is a really nice location!

Dear Dave’s Hot Chicken Team, On May 1, 2026, I visited one of your locations in lackport and ordered chicken (strips). Unfortunately, after taking a few bites, I noticed that the meat inside was undercooked and visibly raw, with a pink color. This is a serious food safety concern, as undercooked chicken can pose health risks such as foodborne illness. I have attached a photo clearly showing that the chicken was not properly cooked.
