All my son wanted was a chocolate cake but.. 1. It wasn’t done on time (no one knew where my cake was, I believe they even thought I was crazy might’ve ordered at the wrong place) 2. Could have been our fault or not because they rush to finish. The top part of my cake moved, she (the baker) Blame it on me and didn’t really help fix it. I’ve worked customer service since a teen and to my understanding, you try to accommodate the customer to the best of your abilities. We were sent back home with “this is all I can do for you.”

WARNING: Check Your Dates at this Jewel Location! ​I am writing this to warn fellow shoppers to triple-check every expiration date before you leave this store or accept a delivery. ​The quality control at this Jewel location has become absolutely horrendous. In a recent order, I received cranberry juice that had expired an entire month ago. There is simply no reason for items that old to still be on the shelves, let alone included in a customer’s order. ​I’ve had recurring issues with the mobile shopping service here: ​Expired/Short-Dated Items: Despite leaving clear notes to select the latest

This store is very close. It would be convenient if their website was accurate. The website states the deli is open till 9 PM on a weekday. The deli employees say it’s open until 8 PM. Shopping carts are pushed inside early blocking the exit making it tough to get out on the east side of the store at 7:45 PM along with some high prices on certain items that are not on sale or you must buy two or three or four. Just to get a great deal. This is why I drive to Meijer in Homer Glen.

The best thing about this store is its proximity to my home. The most annoying thing are those end of aisle displays of products. Sometimes you can barely maneuver your cart around them. If you can't get it on a shelf, lose it! Produce employees are always helpful and pleasant.
