I had two plates of salad and salads. A few hot items, the shrimp and fish were good. The vinegar pickles were great. The soft serve ice cream was good. The waitress did a really good job of keeping up with the drinks and cleaning up after us. Her name is Aliya. Had a good time. Thanks.

Most of the food is good.The environment is clean, though the dishes did not seem fully clean. We had a group of 9, one of whom needed a bench seat due to health. The staff were so patient and helpful finding a way to make it work without blocking or squishing anywhere else.

This is probably the first Chuck-a-Rama that I have been to in a long time where the food was actually enjoyable. The only issue that I had was that the beef roast at the Carver's station was very fleshy rare. The buffet area was very clean with a couple of employees staying on top of keeping it that way while I was there to observe. The bus boy for our table was very attentive keeping the dirty plates clear and he was very friendly. Only issue that we had was with the hostess. We showed up with a large group (10) for dinner. Who doesn’t love Chuck-A-Rama!?! The buffet is reasonably priced and has a variety of offerings from salads to down home chuckwagon cooking a great bakery and dessert bar, and a variety of daily specials. The decor inside is whimsical and have early pioneer days. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and welcoming.
