This is my new favorite spot in the Twin Cities! St. Paul specifically is leveling up, Khue’s Kitchen is an incredible addition to the neighborhood. The staff and the chef are extremely kind and welcoming. You can tell a lot of thought and love go into the making of this food. The menu is quite a bit smaller than I expected when I first came, but everything on the menu is a smashing success. We visited Khue’s Kitchen in St. Paul for a small group birthday dinner celebration and had a wonderful experience. The menu is simple and thoughtfully curated, so it’s not overwhelming but still offers plenty of authentic Vietnamese dishes to choose from. Truly incredible food and experience! If I was going to vote any restaurant in MN to get a Michelin star, it would be this one. The jicima ribs and pork fried rice are a must try as well as the thai tea tres leches. I would note if you dont tolerate spice well to skip the pork fried rice but for me and my partner the heat was unbelievably perfect, not too much and not too little. Overall, the food is unique and delicious and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, we already can't wait to go back!

I'm here to tell you that it lives up to the hype. Set in a unassuming industrial building, I almost passed by it on the street. Inside is a quaint, fresh, and open atmosphere, with plenty of seating. This restaurant does not have a full bar, but you're not gonna miss it--they still serve alcohol, including wine, sake, and cider.
