Rainy days are my favorite to slow down and enjoy small moments. A good coffee and pastry pairing with a light rain made for a calm chill morning. Thanks to @quixoticcoffee in 📍Highland are of St. Paul I had never been here and was surprised by how cozy it was and how many people were hunkered down working, visiting, relaxing etc. there were lots of spaces to find a cozy spot solo or with others. This place is adorable and perfect to loose track of time and enjoy a coffee. ⭐️I tried a simple iced vanilla latte, the coffee was really good and will definitely be back again for a brew. ⭐️Also

A rather popular coffee shop with delicious coffees and some croissants on offer. There looks like there were other pastry options earlier in There were quite a few people studying, working and having meetings as well. As a picky coffee drinker, i can confirm that the coffee is delicious!
