I typically only go to the Arapahoe Ozo location in Boulder and honestly after my experience today, I will stick to only going there. I felt very humiliated by the staff. I came into OZO and ordered a 16 ounce cappuccino. I was told whether I wanted it for here or to go and I said for here. When I got my drink, it was in a disposable cup and I asked if I could get it for here. The barista puts the coffee inside this glass. What kind of cappuccino goes into this glass. Hits the spottttt, Everytime! White rabbit is my go to 🔥 coffee is great, flavor is on point. I always top it off with whip cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon 🙌🏼 man! Can never go wrong with stopping by!

This place is incredible. Love the atmosphere, the perfect amount of seating, phenomenal staff on a consistent and continually basis. I rarely see a coffee shop, or any place for that matter, have a consistently friendly staff and positive experience. There are no valleys in the customer service here. Only plateaus.
