Hello Longmont and Boulder County! A quick check in here at Red Cedar Bistro on Main Street! We had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant today and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We ordered 4 plates three shareable and 1 entree. We were taken back by the green chili hummus! It was spectacular- a guacamole style flavor profile full of delicious chickpeas, chili and garlic. What a hidden GEM! The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are from the East Coast and I also come from a southern Italian family. We both agree that this was the best food we’ve have had in our 10 years living in Colorado. I came to RCB for lunch with a friend on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not as full as the other two nearby. I ordered the fully loaded falafel wrap and my friend had the lamb burger. Both plates were delicious and had good amounts of food. The slight negative was the wrap was quite wet inside and it fell apart and turned soggy about halfway. There was one server working and she did a good job serving us.
