I LOVE this Burger King, that being said, I am giving 1 start because Iordered a to go double Texas Whoper and got a regular Whoper. This combo is almost $14.00 I shouldn't have to check my order every time but the joke it's on me. lesson learned.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my history of fast food restaurants. This guy working there. First of all not very well groomed at all to be working around food. The worst customer service ever. He had the nerve to argue back and forth with me at the drive thru speaker. So disrespectful. These people were rude at the speaker and pickup window. I spent $53.74 on food for my family's dinner. When I got home they had left out one of the burgers. As a result my husband didn't get his order. They were not busy at the time I was at the drive thru. There was only one other car. I live 25 minutes away so I didn't return same day to get a resolution. I was there on 04/09/26 at 5:56 PM, order #150 totalling $53.74. Order drive-thru, wife kept getting interrupted every time she went to order something being asked is that all. Was told to wait at the first window, someone yelled at the second window to pull forward and try to give us someone else's order. We got our food and then pulled around to check it and what looked like spit was on top of the nuggets for my son.
