One of the best BBQ restaurants in town! Carter's has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. They have very consistent food quality and give you plenty of food. Don't forget to grab some smoked Boudain and if you're hungry, try the Carter's special!

Our first time at Carter's and it met all our expectations and more. We ordered the ribs and sliced brisket. Both were among the best that we have eaten. First time ever coming here and it was worth the time and wait in line. Loved the brisket sandwich. It was a little higher than the menu online, but everything has gone up so I wasn't shocked. Bbq sauce went well with the onion and seasoning on meat. Girl at the window was very kind and they were generous on napkins as well. Sweet tea wasn't overly sweet but the drink size was a 32oz. Definitely will recommend and enjoyed it over anywhere else in town.
