What a breath of fresh air! A chance to write a raving review. I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience at Schlotzsky’s in Longview, TX. In today’s world, the bar has been lowered so far that the expectation is to receive poor service from employees who couldn’t care less about you, food that is subpar to say the least, and a restaurant that is filthy at best. I went today.. and not very friendly employees, my sandwich was wrong and got the wrong kind of soup. had to ask for straws too. staff wasn’t great at all today.. and food was cold and hard after waiting:(.. never again for $40
