Stayed here for a graduation. Beautiful lobby. Rooms were nice but lacked some cleaning in the corners of the floors and behind doors. We had 2 different rooms as we had to add an extra at the last minute. They did a nice job with the updates but bathrooms need some towel bars and hooks. Walls were completely bare and not well painted in both rooms we stayed in. They are easy fixes to get the other star in the rating. Our corner suite had great space and so many windows with a view of the lake.

This hotel goes above and beyond for their customers. I called to let them know that up to 20 people would be coming to restaurant and bar after our wedding. They treated as like we reserved the space. They went above and beyond! Our guest had so much fun and the room is amazing. The beds are comfortable and there is ton of space in the suite. The rooms are very affordable. Location is great for restaurant's. Dawn went above and beyond and even had the owner reach out to make sure we would be taken care. We will forever be grateful for the love they showed on such a big day.

I was very disappointed in this event at the hotel. So 1st, I went there about 2 weeks prior and booked this event. I was told it was unlimited drinks for kids 12 and under and 2 free alcohol drinks for each adult. The menu looked satisfying. Event promoted fun. New Year's Eve, we check in. Not the room I asked for! Go into event and the food was terrible! Appetizers, entrees, desserts; I'm sorry but everything was just terrible! I paid $70 per adult and $40 per kid. And I did expect better food! Than at the bar; kids were supposed to get free drinks. But I was told to rip tickets in half for

I went there on NYE and was very disappointed. Two people serving 140 + people. No one cleared the tables, fortunately we were seated next to the big garbage can and cleaned our table. They ran out of everything. The bread was brought out after we were done eating. There were things on the appetizer table that people were trying to guess what they were. They ran out of dessert, we didn't get any. It's not like it used to be. People were actually warning us, don't try the lobster bisque. I ignored them. They were right, it was awful.
