When this pizza joint was Yala's... they were off the hook delicious... then they changed to Fran's. Initially, they were the same... but the last 2 pizza's I got were different... and not in a good way. Either the cheese or the sauce changed...? Maybe both...? But, you need to go back to the original recipe that made Yala's THE BEST Pizza around... Because truthfully, Fran's isn't the same and isn't near as good. Just sayin'...!! P.S. Sorry to Bust your Bubble... but check your reviews. I was being nice giving you a 3 Star, but after your response, I should change it to a 1 Star for Attitude

Pizza wasn't like it used to be. It was cooked a little hard, didn't taste fresh and definitely didn't have that Frans twang! I'm not understanding what was going on with the crust🤦🏾Management is never willing to work with you when you have a problem. The pizza is expensive and should be made to be compatible with the price! I'm looking for a new pizza spot! Any ideas?

My elderly mother ordered a pizza and sub from here tonight and both were burnt. She called and was told that they can make new ones, but it would be the same because that’s the way you make them, which I know is a lie since we order fairly regularly.

Ordered delivery. Was missing the salad to go with 2 pizzas. Was told by person at restaurant that I could come get it or I was out of luck. Will not order from them again. Bad customer service over turns decent pizza.
