me and fiance sat in a line that was probably 15 minutes long after we both had a long day and just wanted to eat dinner , he worked a 12 hour shift and i’m just pregnant and tired . this rude white girl who is working there comes up and is asking us in a aggressive way if we donated for blood cancer , and my fiance said no and she responded with oh maybe next time then you guys should donate . i said that we weren’t even asked to donate anything . and she was like well i didn’t take your order , then another girl says well you still have time. just both of them so rude and then try to be nice

I want to complain much, but dave's burgers got his name on it and they always had leaf lettuce. Shredded lettuce sucks, it looks like confetti, especially what it's on top of my burger, like an ex on a treasure map. The service and staff here usually seems great. However, shredded lettuce sucks and My burgers are always way pink!) The burgers are good when they're hot.When they're cold, they taste like spam.

Quality of the food and service seems to have gone up recently. Before 1 out of 2 orders were incorrect. The manager on duty the other night was super friendly. Plus dipping a burger in the flaming hot sauce... Well worth the extra .50...

I orders 2 large meals and 2 baconator fries. They missed my large fried the first time. I went around a second got the fries then realized my bacon actor fries had less than a small amount in it and my large had less fries than the medium. I went around a third and they made me wait for 10 min for a second baconator fry. No one else in line. Service was horrible
