Con Huevos is an absolute gem! The food was exceptional, with salsas that were simply to die for. I highly recommend the breakfast margaritas—even as someone who typically doesn’t like margaritas, I found it delightful! The espresso martini was also fantastic. BEST BREAKFAST IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT!!! Husband and I were in town for 3 days and we are so glad we tried this out. I kept seeing reviews of everyone in Louisville liking Con Huevos and yeah, they are so right. The ingredients all tasted fresh, the flavors, the cook, it was just perfect. I will think about Con Huevos forever.

Not as good as the other sit down locations. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a wrap & pancakes. Was refused tap water, forced to buy overpriced bottled water, because “we don’t have water” — yet they have water for coffee, cooking, etc. 42 bucks for a wrap, pancakes, coffee & water bottle. No tray to carry your food, see my picture. Sit down location on Frankfort is aaaaaamazing; but this express location is no bueno
