Went here for dinner this evening and had a really great meal and time in general. It was not crowded at all and there was no wait at all (although it was admittedly only a Tuesday). The wait staff was extraordinarily attentive and friendly and the food was amazing. We came here specifically to try the sushi and sashimi and were really really impressed! It was not inexpensive (we spent about $50 each) but we felt like it was completely worth it and the seevings were very generous. Really looking forward to coming back here again to try out more tasty things!

We eat here quite frequently and the food and service is always top notch! We love the Albacore garlic roll is insanely delicious. Well tonight when we went the had a sign up for 30% off due to inflation. The food was already reasonable. I highly recommend!

I have had a better experience in the past but yesterday was disappointing. They seemed severely understaffed with it taking over 20 minutes to get water, an hour and a half to get our wine and appetizers, and 2 hours before everyone at our table received their food. They redeemed themselves a bit with delicious sauces and very generous portions. However, the salmon sashimi was cut horribly and did not taste fresh with a funky aftertaste. The yellow fin sashimi in comparison looked delightful. I went for my birthday dinner and will likely not be back.

I've been to Sushi Jooa a number of times now, and I can say I'm very happy with my experience here. I'm not a social person, and this place is perfect for that. The staff is friendly, but not overbearing, the sushi is delicious, and the restaurant as a whole is very soothing and relaxing. I continue to come here time and time again, and I plan to keep coming here.
