They don't know whet they are doing here. Go somewhere else. Every time I order food here, its stale, reheated from HOURS ago, or they cook the bagel before so it goes stale, and they also cook their bagels in the oven with everything else. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO COOK THE BAGEL SEPERATE FROM ANYTHING ELSE. It's not hard, its in the training books, and any other training. I know this because I managed a location for 6 years. I only come to this dunks bc it’s down the street from my work. Always order ahead and still have to wait at least 15-20 mins. The past 2 times they apparently just had my order sitting there, waiting on the donut i ordered - the easiest part about the whole order. The workers honestly seem way too busy chatting with people they know, perhaps employees who aren’t working that day.

I visit this location frequently and without fail they ALWAYS forget something in my order or mess it up. I order on mobile and they always forget something, I order through drive thru and they mix up my order and give me something wrong, I order inside and I always have to check to make sure they didn’t forget anything. They seem like they’re always talking with eachother even when taking orders which I usually don’t mind (you should get along with your employees I get it) but when I have to repeat my order five times to the women because she keeps yapping and someone else has to go over the

Never ordering here again. You have works smelling like cigarettes, a dead and mute person working the register. God bless her heart but is that really an appropriate place to have her working? And these people want minimum wage raises smh. A clear indication of where our country and work force has fallen. Do better and be better. If any other business was rated 3/5 stars, it’d be shut down
