Spero Spera was like eating in a cozy, comfortable home. You instantly feel at peace walking in the door and are met with the smiling, welcoming faces of the owners. Soft music is playing in the background, the cutest decor surrounding the walls that also have beautiful quotes, including the meaning of the business’ name: “As long as I breathe, there is hope.” The translation alone is enough for me to want to come back here even without trying the food/drinks. But oh my goodness, the food and drinks. We ordered the strawberry matcha latte, one of the best I’ve ever had, and the peach iced tea
