The woman at the register was very polite, pleasant, and patient. She really tried to understand what I was saying. The order took quite a while to prepare, even though there was no one else in line besides us. I asked for my coffee to be light sweet, and it was even written that way on my receipt. But, as usual, the coffee was still way too sweet and impossible to drink. Everything else was absolutely great. Good job! 👏

You know I like my MCD'S, I've been looking for two years to get me the Grinch Happy Meal. Low and behold they finally made it to Lubbock Texas! Okay here we go...this is a two parter. Last year I went to three states to get these Grinch socks, no go. This year I only had to drive 110 miles to get them. Plus my brother scored me two more pairs in Dallas...bam! Second part, talked my wife into getting a Grinch Happy Meal, too(this is how I got my second pair of socks). More important than the socks is after 30 years of marriage I find out she never had a Big Mac. So sad that long without a Big

I’m rating service based on the lady that was just there who took my payment cause she was super sweet. But when I got my food it was cold and 0 sauce. I go for fresh food and the sauce man. I ordered a 20 piece with large fries at around 12:00 am.

Useless management and owners. Trash people who don't give a crap about their customers. Used to spend thousands a year here but the current leadership will literally take a burger out of the trash, spit on it, and serve it to you. Then, they'll threaten legal action if you tell anybody. Go ahead, sue me. Let's see that video come up in discovery then. Prove me wrong. Plus, they will literally steal from you. When they don't serve you everything you paid for, they will ignore your communication and refuse to give your money back or replace the item. Not sure how these crooks are still in busin
