Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and extra mayo. It was the hottest freshest most delicious sandwich as well as the fries were so hot just out the fryer. May very well be the best Whataburger in Lubbock . I know that when I want hot fresh food I will be returning to this Whataburger. Thank you Crew for the great experience.

Absolutely have issues every single time I come here, whether it’s an incorrect order, missing food, or raw chicken… Called to let them know that I was missing two items in my order and was hung up on. Very professional, done giving this place chances.

Went through the drive thru ordered a LARGE #3 and kids ch strip meal they messed up my order by ringing up a Medium not a LARGE I noticed on my receipt. Before they even gave me my order I corrected them and they acted like I was trying to get FREE food I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE CHANGE OF ORDER THEY SAID NO ILL FIX IT AND STILL GAVE ME THIS

Went to grab a quick bite to eat, (and I never go to this location) just close to the movie theater we were going to. Andrew gave the best customer service I have ever experienced! Even though it is a drive from my house. I would make the drive just for the service we received from him & the food was very fresh! Very pleased tonight…
