Amanda at the Lufkin location was so nice and helpful. I placed an order with the app using a coupon code received a confirmation but later received an email saying my order had failed to go through electronically. She did not hesitate to help me over the phone and made sure that my total was the same. Amanda’s customer service was exceptional.

The food was very hot and fresh, the manager was very professional 👌. We had a little mixup but he manager was very helpful with explaining what happened. This was at night time around 7pm and they were very busy. I'm not good with names but she was an older lady. She was very sweet and polite when it came to figuring out where my order was. I will be visiting this location again in the future. Hadn't been to pizza hut in a long time since it closed when it was on Timberland Drive.
