Over the last few months customer service has been pretty poor for the drive thru especially. Sending drive thru orderers to the outside lane, when no one is in the inside lane. Messing up orders (missing or wrong items.) Confusing orders almost every time. And the wait has become atrocious, it wasn't ever really acceptable. I utilize mobile ordering almost every time. I don't know if management changed, or what happened, but do better please.

My husband and I went in this morning, May 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m. to use restroom and wash hands before (planning on) going around and ordering our meals in the drive thru. Upon waiting on my husband by the doors, the scrawniest little man, in a dark green and white jacket and side slant cap, smarted off, “Thank you for just using our bathrooms.” No doubt trying to show off in front of two other female workers who were sitting next to him eating their meals. Needless to say, y’all lost our business, we went somewhere else and won’t be back.

Worst I’ve ever had. Fries were old, dry, and tough. Half the burger had no mustard and the patty was undercooked. Came in around 3:45 on 12/10/25
