I was so excited to go to McDonald and get myself my favorite mago smoothie. Image my disappointment when I get home and notice that my tropical, fruity smoothie was mixed with what seems to be an Oreo McFlurry. Clearly they use one machine for all smoothies/milshakes/mcflurries but at least have the decency and common cleanliness to wipe the mixer down before the next use? They didn’t even try to hide their mistake and left the lid dirty with Oreo crumbs and you can clearly see some of those crumbs in my drink. Very disappointed.

Why is it every time I order nuggets, I never receive my sauce? Are your employees hoarding them? It clearly states on the packing slip that there should be sauce BUT IT NEVER ARRIVES! Do better, it's part of the meal and should ALWAYS be inside the bag. Also, stop adding ketchup packets (which I do not ask for) and give me my nugget sauces!

I come to this McDonald’s every week with my kids, but today the customer service was awful. The employee was very rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to tell me at first and later said her name was Ayida. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. Customers deserve respect, especially regular customers. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.
