Super cute BBQ place. In a whim we went here and I gave my husband the context that this location used to be a bar called Full Throttle. The free samples was a nice surprise and on a marketing tip really draw you in to stay and order. My husband likes the rib tips and raved about them his sides were the collard greens and baked beans. I got brisket however did not enjoy it. It's texture was steak like and it was handed over to my husband to finish. I got the green beans and potatoes salad and truly enjoyed those. It's a cute spot and worth the stop!

I found Herb’s Rib Shack on Veterans Memorial Hwy through a post on Threads asking for good BBQ in metro Atlanta. It came highly recommended by multiple people and it’s easily my favorite find in a long time. I rarely eat pork, but this was worth every bite.
