This place is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER come to this place again! I got a Chicken Supreme Bowl and the rice was hard like it was uncooked AND THEN since nobody wants to ring orders up these days, I know I put not lettuce on my sons six tacos and I guess it didn't pick up on the ridiculous self service system and since my son didn't want lettuce I GOT LAUGHED AT WHEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $14! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THERE WERE OTHER DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS THERE TOO!

PSA: Don’t order on the mobile app (drive through pickup) and expect them to make the order fresh like they’re supposed to when you pull up. Pulled up and the bot of a service champion says “we’ve actually had your order ready and sitting”. So you mean to tell me you just made my food and left it out to get cold when I wasn’t even here. Dude claims it checked in 3-4 hours ago when it hadn’t even passed 90 minutes. Then proceeds to say “but it’s all good”, you know what’s not good??? THE ABSOLUTE WATERED DOWN DRINK AND ICE COLD FOOD YOU JUST HANDED ME. DO YOUR JOB BECAUSE ITS NOT OH LET ME MAKE

Extremely rude staff, they had 8 people working there and nobody was at the register and the line got so long. We ordered a cheese roll up and the cheese was not melted and the whole thing looked like someone took a bite out of it, the Crunchwrap however was nicely made.

So glad I tasted soda before leaving tasted like water. Got home cheese roll ups had a pinch of cheese in each. Cheese in cup couldn’t be more then 1 tablespoon and chips had a strange smell only eat one. And quesadilla had no filling and not cut. It was not busy when I was there if I’m gonna pay that much it should be as good as it can get.
