We discovered The Foundry by accident and are so glad we did. Even though it’s about 50 minutes from our house, we make it a point to come to Manchester every couple of months just for their poutine. It’s absolutely incredible. The atmosphere and lighting create a great vibe, and the drinks are unique and very well crafted. We’ve also enjoyed several dishes including the cheese boards, blood orange Brussels sprouts, French onion soup, truffle fries, and the Foundry Cobb salad. Everything has been consistently excellent. Service is always spectacular and knowledgeable. This is a must try spot

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. We had Mandie G as our server and she was amazing. So sweet, friendly, kind, hard working, and she truly made our valentines/ first time experience so lovely. Food was SO good. The Brussels sprouts were so good, same with the crème brûlée. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price however I didn’t leave stuffed and felt content. Highly recommend this spot for date night. Parking was a bit odd, but we got there earlier enough to park in a overlay area, immediately were seated with our reservation, and its fancy enough to wear

First visit, atmosphere was very nice. Nice venue and well decorated. Went for Sunday brunch. Many different choices and most food was quite good. Prime rib was very good. I would not return for brunch as the price was high for the amount I can eat. Also added a 20 percent gratuity which was not noted anywhere on website or in restaurant. So expect a hefty final check. However, I would return to try a regular meal during the week and knowing the prices.

The Foundry is back with their Buffet! They haven’t replaced everything from the previous menu, but the shrimp and smoked salmon are back… you should check it out for yourselves! We had an unexpected surprise when we arrived for the buffet, only to realize it was a brunch menu only! The value for what we paid was average, but unfortunately one of the three items ordered came out a little overcooked, it still looked nice though :/ If they need to upcharge for certain food items, that would have been better than doing away with a buffet they were known for.
