Today was not a good day. The person making the sandwiches was rude. Another staff made a comment as if a fight I wanted to fight. The atmosphere was not the same today. If one is not up to par then one should stay home. Also the cook doesn't have her listening skills down pack. Very disappointed. None apologized for the miscommunication on the cooks behalf. Hopefully her day ends better.

I came here early in the morning and waited in the drive thru for approximately 3 minutes. No one answered the speaker phone so I drove around to the window. As I got to the window the cashier refused to take my order and said I have to drive back around to the speaker even though no one answered the first time. I was on my way to work and didn’t have time to entertain all of this. They took the order of the car behind me but refused to take my order even though it wasn’t my fault.

Not only is the lady with the face tattoos disrespectful half the times I go there they also get my order wrong half of the time. When I asked them to remake it, they did with no problem but made it wrong and even worse. Lol. Change your staff or do better training. Other people could use that job if they don’t want to be there! Get it right it’s just a coffee with espresso.

I come here 5 days a week and every day my drink is made different. I’ve tried to get it made right at the window and I get told that’s how it is. I drink the same drink daily and I hit 2 other locations on the weekends closer to my home and both of them get it right. It would be great if this location could get some consistency specially when I’m paying almost $6 for a coffee.
