Whilst on a little holiday in Manitou Springs I needed to find a healthy but tasty breakfast. So many times I find that the healthy options are lackluster, but come to Inclination Cafe and you'll find tasty, healthy breakfasts, an amazing machiato with oat milk, all set inside a chill space with a super friendly owner called Chris. My wife had the breakfast croissant and I had the egg platter with turkey bacon. Never have I had turkey bacon taste so good. The slightly spicy sauce was to die for! Will come back again during my short stay! Love this place. 100% recommend

Good Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, good coffee and food, and a clean bathroom! I needed a comfortable place to chill with a back injury while my friends did the cog train up Pikes Peak and this bright and charming coffee shop was very welcoming. I enjoyed a hazelnut latte, a chai milk tea, and one of the most enormous avocado croissants I've ever seen! I enjoyed my time here.
