Ordered two Strawberry Passion Sparkling Water Refreshers because I’m a glutton for punishment and still wanted to believe the hype. What I actually received was two cups of straight-up flat tap water that had apparently been lightly haunted by a single strawberry ghost. Zero flavor, zero sparkle, zero joy. The owner really needs to have a look at how this place is being run. It is the slowest “fast food” restaurant, consistently. I always see vehicles exit the drive thru wait & I have done the same on multiple occasions. If no one is ahead of me, It takes 10-15 min for my order. If there are 3-4 cars ahead of me, it easily takes over a half hour for the food to come out. It’s been this way a long time & needs significant improvement. After posting the above, I needed to come back to add that after waiting 35 min in the drive thru for my order, I got home to find they gave me a large vanilla ice

Don't want to sound racist but it's the honest truth and must be known. I remember it used to be good when ran by white owner years ago, now that ran by black owner and majority employees are black, it's a disaster. Ordered our food online, gave them 30 mins to prepare before we arrive. When arrived they said we must still go through the drivethru line and wait like everyone else ordering through drive-thru even though i told them we ordered 30mins ago and just want to pick up. The line wasn't that long probably just 5 vehicle deep, but took them 40+ mins to get all vehicle orders fulfilled, m

The guy was not very friendly. Pretty rude actually. And I noticed all the old tape stuck to the drive through window. I thinks it's time to get someone to clean it up. It looks horrible. Or hire someone to come get it all off. I'm also on the fence about the food, I use to absolutely love their hamburgers. This time it just wasn't like I remember. It's been a long time since I have been there. I may try again to see if anything has changed
