Never was able to have my drink on time. Was there four different days anywhere from 5 to 15 minute wait even though we ordered ahead and we're there at the arrival window? Meanwhile, people in the Drive-Thru were there and gone absolute worst Dutch Bros. Organization is zero

The staff is amazing and the coffee is always good. They have never messed up my orders even when they were slammed. The only issue and that they are so popular so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but in my opinion...it's is ABSOLUTELY worth the wait.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. Came here on a Sunday. Waited 20 mins at the WINDOW! While the drive thru pushed cars thru I sat there waiting... with ZERO acknowledgement. I finally left w/o ordering. Hire more employees or train them to work more efficiently! Every employee is always so nice & smiling. It's a busier location but we never have to wait long. We come here at least once a week. It's a treat.
