The systems were down, and the drive thru does not allow an exit after ordering. Thankfully the people who had me boxed in left after 7 minutes and I was able to leave. It would have been EXTREMELY helpful for someone (other than an employee on their break) to let folks know that they were effectively closed.

Order something specific and instead get something completely different then I ordered if I wanted 15 different flavors in my coffee I’d order it that way don’t take creative freedom over someone’s coffee ppl are very particular about their coffee. All I ordered was a frozen coffee with Carmel and that’s it

I would like to say that this is a good Dunkin location, but they are constantly out of items like muffins and "donuts". I'm not really sure how a donut shop runs out off donuts every other day but this one does. Today they had no coffee. Management here needs to learn to keep their store stocked

Abby and Addie were amazing! Smiling faces are so nice to see before starting a shift at the hospital. Dunkin Donuts should be so lucky to have them!
