People in the kitchen sneezing on food with their pants pulled halfway down, took like 20 minutes too long to get my food when the store was completely dead. Got sick immediately after eating. Makes sense why the store almost looks like it's out of business from the outside

I'm telling you what, I am not a huge chicken fan and my wife cannot recall a time when I've ever been excited to eat chicken. We went here the other day for lunch and I took one bite and was in love. I looked at my wife and said, that's childhood right there!!! I remember the glory days of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut, and these people embody it all! Thank you so much for restoring our belief in fried chicken!! (For the record I ate 5 pieces of chicken, and that has never happened!!!) Great food, great staff!!! Go here for lunch or supper!!! The Colonel would be proud!

Manager operating the drive-thru was extremely rude and disrespectful, loudly yelling at me for *gasp* attempting to pick up a mobile order at the drive-thru (like I do any every other fast food restaurant). Forced me to come into the store to grab my order, where he continued to give me attitude and have the gall to tell ME that I needed to “respect people.” Food was mediocre but the service was downright appalling. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chick-fil-a.

Just received my order that I door dashed. Was missing items I payed for. Need to do a better job making sure all items ordered are in bag. I couldn't get refunded from door dash.
