Worst service for pick up order. First during pickup they missed part of the order. Had to drive back to collect the missed item. Then the burgers were missing almost everything. Attached pic of Nashville hot burger and buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. At least the Nashville had the sauce, buffalo ranch had nothing. Sauce missing, pickle missing, tomatoes missing, just bun and chicken patties. This is not just 1 burger, all of them. Absolute waste of time and money. Would never go back here again

I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times, and unfortunately this is now the second time we’ve noticed a very strong chlorine-like taste and smell in the wings. It’s harder to detect when the sauce is bold, but with milder flavors—like the classic Buffalo—it becomes really obvious. It honestly tastes like the wings have been overexposed to some kind of sanitizing solution. Something has definitely changed. Whether it’s a new supplier or a different preparation process, the quality is just not the same anymore. The food tasted so bad that we had to throw it away and request a refund. Re

Everyone has to gather around and figure out who will take a black woman’s takeout order. So frustrating that I get stares like “ who is going to take her order?” Btw I stood there before that w/ 3 ppl in my view including the guy who clearly looked like a manager, waiting for my order to take. The manager looks at me, then looks at his employee talking to him, and she is obviously more important bcuz he continues his conversation w/ her. Just got to Mason- It’s THIS racist???!? Been in customer service for a long time, and as a manager and never just looked at a customer w/out saying you’ll b
