I ordered a refresher with light ice, and 3/4 of the bev was ice. I also ordered a side of bacon and a bagel with cream cheese, but the bacon had to be substituted for a bagel because the store had ran out. I was fine the substitution until I saw that the both bagels had the cream cheese on the side. I wouldn’t have even cared if the place was busy, but there were only two customers who had already ordered inside and one car in the drive thru. This location is awesome. We just went through and the young lady who gave us our food and drinks was so delightful! She was very friendly and happy and she gave our dog a pup cup. Definitely don't see this kind of service everywhere anymore. I wish we knew her name to give her a special shout out!

Everytime i go inside or through the drive thru I'm always greeted with a smile! The one girl who works there i believe she told me her name was Vanessa! She was very quick and kind! And my drink was made to my liking which always makes my day that much better, definitely my favorite Dunkin location!
