The lady at the drive thru always has an attitude and cuts you off after only saying one item, they forget something every time I’m there and say I didn’t ask for it when it’s on my receipt, I just came thru and was told to pull up to the second window and she yelled at me thru the window to come back and told me she said first window and me and my cousin heard her say second window so the attitude from these employees is getting ridiculous. Greated by a friendly staff, I ordered a big Mac meal. The food arrived quickly. Wow I thought this had to be pre made. I was wrong. Fresh golden fries. The person in the drive thru sounded very irritated which I can get but then I felt rushed. When I got to the windows she was irritated I handed her a $50 bill for a $30 order. Maybe im petty but didn't make me feel very welcomed

The management’s lack of concern for the well-being of their customers and employees is evident. It is imperative that this McDonald’s be sold to a management team that prioritizes job satisfaction and the welfare of their workforce. A comprehensive staff overhaul is also necessary to address the current challenges and improve the overall experience for both customers and employees.
