Tonight the food was very good and my salad was filled all the way up. As for employees, they were nice but no one stood out. We went on a busy Saturday night. Service was very slow. They could have used more people filling orders and less standing around behind cash register. My biggest complaint, other than the slow service, was the cleanliness. Floors were dirty and 1/2 the tables had not been cleaned after people got up. In the 20 minutes we were in line, no one came out from the back to clean. I will try a different Chipotle next time.

I had a really bad experience this time. I came in hungry, and I'm a regular customer, but the service was disappointing. They put much less food on my tacos than they usually do, even though I paid the same price. I politely asked if they could add just a little more chicken, and the lady at the front asked another employee. She responded, "If you want more, you'll be charged double." That was really frustrating. I wasn't asking for a full extra serving just enough to make my tacos consistent with what I normally receive. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and consistency. I hope

I've been eating Chipotle 2–3 times a week since 2007, so I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly. Unfortunately, this is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is consistently slow, unprofessional, and often comes across as though they couldn't care less about the customers or the job they're doing. It's not unusual for the restaurant to open late, and even when it is open, service feels disorganized and indifferent. This was the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and the restaurant itself was very messy. At first we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they may have just had a rush, but the overall experience didn’t improve at all. The staff was extremely rude and openly using cuss words and speaking inappropriately to each other in front of customers. When I went to check out, I was ready to pay, but another employee cut in line to ring themselves up before their break and I was made to wait. I understand breaks are timed, but
