I actually just placed an order this evening at 9ish. I asked for a Baconator Meal but to my surprise I arrived home and came to the realization that they through a chicken sandwich in a hamburger wrapping just to deliberately deceive me. This is the second time they’ve done this and I can’t go back up there. For anyone trying to order from this Wendy’s please remember to check your food! Will be calling customer service to report their staff and get a refund. They didn’t even give me a receipt!

The drive thru speaker is barely audible or either the worker speaks too soft. I waited to place my order but could not hear. Drove to window and manager said I could not place my order at window. Went in, and the cashier was distracted and asked for my order twice. Not to mention the shake machine was down. My nuggets were hard. Not going back.

It’s disappointing that this location continues to have ongoing issues with customer service and order fulfillment. In December 2025, I placed a pickup order through the app. When I arrived, the salad I ordered was unavailable. The replacement offered was not acceptable to me, so I requested a refund. I was told there was nothing they could do and no solution was offered until I asked to speak with a manager. The manager then informed me I would have to request the refund through the app. I submitted messages and emails through the app, but I never received a response from customer service a
