I MUST say this was an OUTSTANDING Wendy's dining experience! FOOD> It was a rainy Sunday and I had chili and baked potato with chives...and half a cookie for dessert 🍪 Everything was hot fresh and made quickly! Ample condiments were provided so I didn't have to go ask for more and I even received crackers for my chilli. Drinks - easy self serve kiosk SERVICE> This was service with a SMILE 😁 PLUS!!! Never again. Customer service is lacking. Very rude. Got the order drink wrong. I had 4 drinks and asked for a carrier. She claimed they didn't have any. Had ordered 3 biggie bags and was handed two, asked to pull up to door. I requested receipt and was told it would be in the last bag that was brought out. It wasn't so I went it in to get it. I wasn't acknowledged for 5 minutes, when I finally was and requested the receipt, I was told that the drive thru one wasn't working. The staff was the was worse I’ve ever encountered, my husband has a accent and the entire staff thought he said sir to a female employee over the drive thru, which he did not, he said yes sweetheart. When we got to the window, the cook told us to apologize to her. They were all at the window, making us feel very threatened. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for no reason at all.
