Restored my faith in Capitalism. Great sandwich at a reasonable price, served fresh and hot by two pleasant young men. Every other company I dealt with today overcharged me and hired some third party “customer service” firm to give me the run around and lie to me. If Culver’s ever offers insurance, utilities, banking, or pharmaceuticals I would love to be their first customer! Thank you for saving my day!

Updated a review, dropped down to 3 . Mobile inside pickup order made and delivered by Cassidy. Unrealistic, poor five minute service. 2 triple butter burgers, fries, cheese curds, root bear. And a concrete mixer. The cheese curds and fries were ice cold. I pulled over, not even sixty seconds, just to get a bite. It's blistering cold outside. there's no reason for the food to be cold As well. They're burgers lasted 10 in a heated car with the drive home and they were still hot. On a good note the concrete mixer was phenomenal. I'm returning, and I'm going to check everything before leav

Food was decent. Grilled onions were weirdly Grey(didn't eat) . Also didn't get a tray when we dined in. No idea why. Everyone else got one.

I just moved to McHenry and was excited to try the Culver's. The workers were very friendly but what a poor experience. The onion rings weren't fresh, the coke was flat, and I ordered a double and got a single with two slices of cheese. I understand if it were busy but there was a single car ahead of us. I would recommend going to Crystal Lake, it seems like they have better quality control.
