We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney! Our server, Schenika, was absolutely amazing and so sweet — she really made our visit enjoyable and took great care of us from start to finish. The food was on point. The buffalo chicken dip was bomb, the burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious, and the tots and fries were cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and tasted great. Get there for a to go order told 5-10 minutes wait at pick up time. OK, no big deal. 20 minutes after that I ask again and am told AGAIN 5-10 minute wait. At that point I just ask for a refund, the counter person then immediately disappears and comes back with my find. Why lie it wasn't ready?! Even then, wings aren't fully sauced and barely any fries in package. 2nd time this happened, we'll be going to wingstop across the parking lot from now on.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings a few nights in a row because it's one of my kids' favorite places to eat. However, when we arrived on the last night we went, the experience wasn't something I expected. The place wasn't that full, but we stood at the podium to be seated for about 7-10 minutes. Then, once seated, we had to wait again before anyone even acknowledged us. The manager seemed passive as he walked by a few times and didn't say anything. Finally, our server, Yadira, came over and took our orders. I wasn't pleased at all with this experience and probably will not be returning.

We were a family of 6 there for over 3 hours watching world cup. I can't remember our servers name, but she was so sweet and did a fantastic job. Very patient with our kids and our chaotic ordering. At the end, she even brought me my cash change without asking the dreadful question, "do you want change?" I get so annoyed when a server asks that, so she handled it perfectly. Food was also great.
