The wait wasn't too bad to get a table even though it's a smaller space, but the wait gor food was about 45 minutes! Our waitress had so many tables she wasn't super pleasant. Not awful just too rushed to care. The food was amazing! Best fried pickles I've ever had, the meatloaf sandwich was amazing and the burger was great! Skip the mashed potatoes- they gave zero flavor. Aside from that, it was great. I would recommend eating here.

The food was alright. My fiance's food came out cold, and severely underseasoned. My omelette came out piping hot, but my food also was underseasoned. The coffee was the best part of this cafe. It was delicious and I would absolutely recommend it. Another thing I experienced is although the menu says it is $0.50 to add a flavor to a coffee, I was charged $1.25. I did not mention this to my server, I paid my tab and left. I won't bother staff over 75 cents, I was just caught a bit off guard. Delicious food in a convenient location in downtown McKinney! A bit tricky to find parking, but worth it for the food! Great vegetarian options! Got to try their quesadilla as well and it was delicious, and also had a bit of a kick to it!

The Chicken Fried Steak was good. I'm still looking for that elusive best CFS. Green beans were great but the Mac and Cheese was kinda bland and dry.
