It could just be my strong belief that someone took a bite out of my nugget. This does not look like a tear/break or cut. I can clearly see teeth marks. The worst part about it was the poor reaction from all employees. After I asked for a refund, The suspicious activity from even the manager is what solidified my belief that there was foul play. There also was no bad interaction or I gave no reason for anyone to be upset with me so I wanted to believe it was just a broken nugget with the extra piece missing. “It’s a very good fast food place where the tacos are well prepared and taste great. The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. Last week, I had the opportunity to try the tacos, and I really liked them. I was attended by Alexa, who is a very charismatic person and treats customers very well, making you feel welcome. Her friendly attitude makes the experience more enjoyable and definitely makes you want to come back.”

The parking lot and area landscaping is a dump. You think the management staff would notice to keep the area clean and inviting. It's the second time I've been there like this. Give a dam Jack in the Box for the community!

Today I went in to go to the restroom and order a drink. I asked if I can use the restroom and one employee didn’t give me any facial expression besides being annoyed that I asked and barked out “bathrooms are for customers only.” I kindly said I’m 6 months pregnant and would like to go before ordering a drink since I really had to pee. She was reluctant to give me the key and was really rude and said “okay whatever I guess.” This behavior towards me as a CUSTOMER made me feel very uncomfortable to order anything from the afterwards.
