Placed an order around 4:10 arride at 5:15 to pickup. Was checked out at 5:20, waited for my food until 6:15. When inquired about food I was told when ordering I needed to take into consideration that the kitchen is slow. When asked to speak with the manager I was told he said he didn't have time for me. Upon getting home with the food I discovered that the all American burger we ordered was wrong and covered in an avocado spread.

I expected better from Buffalo Wild Wings. A 40-minute wait for a burger is way too long, especially when the kitchen can't even get the bacon right. My triple cheeseburger was ruined by burnt bacon. Very poor quality control.

Bartender was nice but service took forever, waited so long for my food that it was barely warm by the time I recieved it, wings were so salty they were almost inedible. To top it off one of my items was never even put in. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what's going on in their kitchen, but I regret even tipping, I only did so to ensure your tipped workers make money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible visit all around tonight. We arrive and there were approximately 15 other people (people not tables) in the restaurant. Our waitress took our order promptly (6 traditional wings x 2 orders and one order of tater tots) and then we waited for 35 minutes. Never seeing our waitress again. She never stopped by to check in. After 30 minutes we had to flag down a worker who happened to be walking by to find out where our food was. Our waitress finally stopped by and said she will check on the food but last she checked only the tots were done. 5 minutes later
