Thyme 2 didn't disappoint! Ordered the lobster pizza as an appetizer and the seafood Diablo as the entree. The lobster pizza was phenomenal, came out hot, crisp crust, creamy garlic sauce, perfectly cooked lobster, and it was blissful! We received a shooter of this potato, red pepper soup that was life changing, there was no other way to describe this than delicious. Most the time they forget some of the sauces per requested, but I do appreciate they let me customize because I eat here often. I love their burgers and salads. Today I tried their grilled cheese and added their pulled pork, it was pretty good, I just didn't personally like one of the cheeses they used. I didn't care for the fontana cheese and what seemed like to be a sharper cheddar. I think it would be better with a provolone and maybe brie or havarti cheese.
