Very slow service! I had 2 vehicles in front of me and I was in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes! It appeared as only one guy was working! A female was walking around the dining area talking on her phone and just dragging a broom around behind her! When I finally got my food 25 minutes later there was like 5 cars in the drive thru! Very poor service! I’ve never been in a drive thru for more than 20 minutes! The food was over cooked! The manager of this store needs to take a look at the overnight workers as I was there at 2:20am

Order from here all the time, and it is one of the best White Castle locations I've been to on a regular basis. I've never had an item missing from them, the food is well prepared and served hot. Service is friendly, present, and positive. Occasionally can be slow, but that's the nature of the industry. Ordering delivery consequentially isn't any better alternative really unless scheduled well in advance.

They really need more staff. When you walk in and the first thing they say is "it's going to be at least 15 minutes before we can take your order", that's a bad sign. The staff was super professional and courteous regardless of the situation.

Great Location and best staff around town. Keke and her crew took such awesome care of us when we stopped in for a 9 pm late dinner on a Wednesday night. Keke made sure she got the order right and the team prepared quickly and accurately. The location was very clean and perfect for enjoying the hot tasty meal we received. Thank you!!!
