Around 6pm on Feb 27 two groups of teens started arguing inside. Screaming at each other and saying inappropriate things. They were threatening to fight each other. The young female employee in a headset clearly knew the groups and was commenting as well. One of the boys commenting that they don't want to get banned, probably a regular. After the situation finished the employees did nothing, not even asking anyone to leave. Meaning that later they started disputing again! This is not a family friendly restaurant. I recommend not visiting and I will not be going back.

I got 2 burgers no pickle extra ketchup both had pickles on them they managed extra ketchup for one but I swear any time i ask for extra sauce it’s as dry as the Sahara desert and honestly I’m just feed up with the lack of consistency by the time I get home and see it I don’t have the energy to go back this is a none stop issue every time I go something is always messed up and I’m over it

I asked for a new cup because something fell in my drink from the soda machine tell me why all they did was pour the drink out with the thing in my drink and refill it like I did not see them also lily the manger is extremely rude I asked her something and then she looks at me then walks away like I know u heard me. I don’t recommend this location

Around 3 pm I went to this location in Menasha to meet with a friend, I ordered a hot chocolate because I have low tolerance to caffeine. A few minutes later an employee came to let me know that the chocolate machine was broken so I asked if they could do a decaf frappe, she said that she will see what it could be done. A few minutes later a different employee shows up with an iced coffee for my friend and a "decaf frappe" for me. I drank it while having a conversation with my friend. I went home and I started feeling "funny", low and behold its is now 3:30am and Im still unable to fall sleep
