I was so very thrilled when this location Turned into an Applehop. I’ve always was happy with Applebee’s but the combo makes it even better. This is my second time here since the remodel. The last time I came was 3/19/26 service was great. I came in today 7/13/26 cause I had a coupon from T-Mobile for a free classic cheeseburger combo Corina kindly informed me that it won’t work here because it’s a combo location, but Desiree said they’d honor it anyways! They always have a customer in me. ☺️

We went to Applebee's/IHOP in Menomonee Falls, Wi. From the moment you get in the door to getting the bill, the atmosphere was relaxed, enjoyable, n family orientated. The staff warm n welcoming. NOTHING was off or wrong about our meals. A couple of my crew got IHOP and a couple got Applebee's. DELICIOUS n served everyone's want. What better way to end some BIG OLE chocolate drizzled pancakes than mixed drinks? 🤣🤣🤣❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 loved it and would recommend it to anyone with a big crew and diverse appetites.

I ordered an online pick up in store. Went in the floor was slippery and gross, food on the carpet by curbside pick up. Asked to pick up my food waiting a bit of time to receive it but it was fine. Came back to my job which is walking distance from this location. They had forgotten my ranch (not a big deal) gave me sour cream instead. My steak had a lot of fat on it and my 3 cheese penne pasta looked like slop. Ordered seasonal fruit and it was only honey dew. Would not recommend.

This experience was absolutely terrible—so unbelievably horrible. I ordered for pickup and waited nearly an hour to receive my food. When I finally got it, it was cold and dry, and the food was really poor quality. I had asked for no pickles due to allergies, but they still put pickles on my sandwich. The grilled chicken was burned and tasted strange. I also ordered French toast and eggs, and it was frightening how bad they were. The customer service was awful and rude. I will never return to this place again. To anyone considering eating here, make sure your food is cooked properly. I want a
