Our waitress, Kim, was one of the best we've had. She came to our table quickly, although she was handling other tables. Brought our decaf quickly, nice and hot, patiently answered questions to help us decide. Our orders came out hot and exactly right. Our onion ring appetizer was hot and crispy. I had ordered my chicken fried steak without the usual country gravy and our waitress offered me a couple other gravy options. Every morsel of food was delicious and prepared just as ordered. My hubby said his burger was excellent. We will definitely be visiting this Bob Evans again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bob Evans at 9235 Mentor Avenue in Mentor. My wife and I stopped in with her mother after leaving a clinic appointment, and our waitress Joyce took such great care of us.
