We hadn't been to a Sizzler for many many years. Could be even decades. Upon entrance we noticed this Sizzler is extremely clean. The girl at the cash register was extremely helpful and friendly. Our server Liss was exceptional! They had a couple employees going around the salad bar wiping things down and making sure it was clean. I loved seeing them checking the temperature of the food. Something I have never seen a buffet do. Good job Merced! I really liked seeing that. We drove from out of town and we will definitely be back!!!!!!
